Job 23:10 Ministry is the fulfillment of a God-given dream placed on Tammy Melton’s heart. With a deep passion for serving women, Tammy envisioned a community where women could find encouragement, healing, and the strength to “emerge as gold”—refined and renewed by God’s love. This vision is rooted in Job 23:10, a reminder that even through life’s trials, God is shaping us into something beautiful.
Tammy’s desire is for every woman to feel loved, valued, and supported within a sisterhood of like-minded women. She longs for this ministry to be a safe haven, a place where women can exhale, grow in faith, and discover the purpose God has for them. Job 23:10 Ministry isn’t just a gathering—it’s a place of transformation, where women find “breathing space” and the encouragement to walk boldly in their God-given identity.
